Crucible Brotherhood ("we", "us") operates the Crucible Brotherhood mobile application and website at https://crucible-brotherhood.vercel.app/. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We use personal information to provide and operate membership features, coaching workflows, community safety tools (including report and block), and app improvements. We do not sell your personal information.
We use service providers to host and operate the app (for example, authentication and database hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of members.
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated profile data subject to limited retention required by law or legitimate business needs.
You may delete your account in the app under Settings → Delete my account. Deletion removes your authentication account and associated Brotherhood profile data, subject to the retention described above.
The app is intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for data sent to our servers.
